The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire Clinical QA Reviewer - Full Time +Benefits -in our Stuart Office, Florida.

Clinical QA Reviewer

• Primary responsibility is the clinical review of OASIS and non-OASIS documentation for all patients upon Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), Follow-Up, and Discharge (DC) and Plan of Care management. Responsible for providing education to clinicians as needed. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse License required
• Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience
• Home Health/HCHB Experience preferred
• OASIS experience is a must
