Your Next Career: 1:1 Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) Full-Time Night Shift
Location: Auburndale, FL
Schedule: Full-time (preferred) or Part-time | Options: 410 hr or 312 hr shifts

Are you an RN or LPN ready to make a real difference in a patients life? NorthBay Home Health is seeking compassionate, skilled nurses to provide dedicated one-on-one care in a home setting.

Role Highlights:

• Deliver individualized nursing care in a 1:1 environment
• Follow the established care plan and monitor patient health
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and caregivers
• Keep accurate documentation and report changes promptly

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license (FL or compact/multi-state)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• G-tube, trach, and ventilator skills a plus
• 1+ year of home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• CPR (AHA or ARC)

Pay Range:

• LPN: $23 $28/hr
• RN: $29 $33/hr
