Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Pay: $55k-$65k + bonus potential

Job Description:

Oak Wood Management currently manages RV Parks, manufactured housing, and multifamily properties across the United States. Oak Wood Management offers full-service property management, including marketing, tenant screening, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and other property level expertise. We are presently seeking a full-time RV Park Manager for Florida Camp Inn RV and MHC in the Davenport, FL area.

What will you have to do?

  • Answer phone calls and website inquiries from potential short-term guests
  • Be available outside of office hours to address potential issues
  • Understand the intricacies of multiple customer segments (Daily/Weekly/Long-Term)
  • Lead by example with a hospitality mindset
  • Customer Service for current and future tenants
  • Screening potential tenants
  • Drafting, signing, and renewing leases on behalf of property owners
  • Collecting rent
  • Arranging for necessary repairs to properties
  • Setting up and adhering to budgets for property maintenance
  • Marketing and social media of properties
  • Supervising other employees and maintenance staff


What do you have to have?

  • Great Customer service skills
  • Great Phone Communications
  • Tech savvy and ability to learn new software's
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – new ideas and strategies are highly valued
  • Registered Driver’s License – must be able to drive to properties
