Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician
Location: Odessa, FL
Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
Occasional Saturdays only to make up a missed day

As a Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician, you’ll manage your own route, provide expert lawn care services, and build lasting customer relationships. Your performance directly impacts your earnings through upsells, referrals, and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities

Apply fertilizer, weed control, and insect/disease treatments to lawns and ornamental plants

Diagnose turf and plant issues and recommend appropriate add-on services (Potassium, Hydretain, Tree & Shrub Programs, etc.)

Grow your route through customer referrals, canvassing, and lead follow-up

Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication

Accurately document services and notes using our mobile app

Maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment in clean, working condition
Qualifications

Lawn care, spray technician, or landscaping experience preferred (training available)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
