We are seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial structural construction and interior build-outs. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional capable of leading projects while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final turnover

Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and contract administration

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain workflow and resolve issues

Ensure compliance with construction documents, local codes, and safety regulations

Supervise on-site activities, conduct site visits, and monitor construction progress

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports

Track project costs and timelines to ensure alignment with financial goals

Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations

Manage permit applications, inspections, and close-out procedures
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction(structural and interior build-outs)

Proven ability to manage multiple active commercial projects from start to finish

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) and MS Office Suite

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of permitting processes and inspections in Florida

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required based on experience)

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
