Pay & Schedule
- $19.50/hr starting pay
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 2 days on, 2 days off, 1 day on, 1 day off (rotating block schedule)
- Weekends are part of the rotation
- Consistent hours + built‑in days off
Job Duties
- Assemble solar panels and control panels
- Use hand and power tools
- Follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
- Meet production goals in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace
- Work as part of a team to hit daily output targets
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 12+ months of experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or other hands‑on industrial work
- Comfortable using tools
- Ability to read simple technical drawings
Preferred
- Soldering or wiring experience
- Previous assembly line work

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
