We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of machinery and equipment within our facility. Responsibilities

Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Install, adjust, and maintain mechanical components such as motors, belts, bearings, and hydraulic systems.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure that all work is done in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts inventories.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Support the installation of new equipment as required.
- HVAC, plumbing & electric experience!
Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school diploma preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with tools such as wrenches, drills, grinders, and other hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in confined spaces.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
