Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Patient Service Worker to assist with meal delivery and customer service in a healthcare environment. This role involves interacting with patients, delivering meals, and ensuring dietary needs are met. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of compassion and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver meals to patient rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure accuracy of food orders, including special dietary requirements
• Retrieve trays after meals and maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Assist with basic kitchen duties, including stocking and prepping
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Communicate with dietary staff regarding changes or concerns
• Follow all infection control and sanitation procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and interact respectfully with patients
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
