We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Store Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day to day operations and activities of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members
- Do the schedule for Team Members and Shift Leaders to ensure optimal efficiency and control labor cost
- Train and evaluate Team Members
- Track and perform daily and weekly check lists
- Resolve escalated guests complaints
- Do orders and keep store stocked at all times
- Communicate on a daily basis with the General Manager and ownership if necessary
- Cover emergency shifts when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management position (At least 3 years)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
