LHH is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a leading law firm in Tampa. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting.
Responsibilities:

Manage due diligence for large commercial and residential real estate deals

Review title commitments, surveys, contracts, and closing documents

Prepare closing checklists, statements, conveyance documents, and post-closing binders

Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, and loan abstracts

Prepare and file deeds, mortgages, UCC filings, and related documents
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (law firm)

Florida Registered Paralegal and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage and Aderant experience a plus
