Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs.
- Maintain and manage Revit project files, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
- Develop and adhere to drafting standards, templates, and workflows.
- Conduct quality checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist in resolving design and documentation issues during the project lifecycle.
- Provide support for BIM-related tasks, including clash detection and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP systems (depending on the focus of your projects)
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with additional design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp).
- Experience with sustainable design and LEED standards.
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
