What Youll Do as the Director of Guest Experience
As the Director of Guest Experience, youll lead the charge in ensuring that every guests stay is nothing short of extraordinary. Youll oversee all aspects of the guest experience, working closely with our team to maintain the highest standards of hospitality while fostering a culture of warmth and care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring the guest services team to deliver exceptional service.
- Overseeing guest satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, feedback, and special requests.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Training and mentoring staff to uphold Hotel Trouvails commitment to genuine hospitality.
- Staying informed about industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to enhance the guest journey.
What Were Looking For
To thrive in this role, youll need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospitality or guest services leadership role.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
