Job Description

We are looking for two (2) career oriented legal assistants to work up files from inception through verdict.

Senior Trial Attorneys seek driven individual with a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation/trial prep experience to assist with Auto Accident, Medical Malpractice and Products Liability (MDL) cases at fast paced Plaintiff’s AV rated Personal Injury Law.

Position requires, Legal Assistant/Paralegal to:

(1) Electronic file and serve of case documents in courts;

(2) Prepare discovery, trial exhibits and notebooks;

(3) Interact with clients and offices of opposing attorneys and Judicial Assistants with professional communications pertaining to pending cases;

(4) Write professional correspondence to clients and legal professionals; and

(5) Organize case files and related documents

Candidate must be reliable, detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required;

Applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

BA degree preferred

Health/Dental/Vision Insurance PAID in full by firm. Competitive Salary, plus overtime.

Salary commensurate with experience
