Our client is looking for an associate with 3+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial litigation to join a dynamic and well-established practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-level matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience
• Experience handling sophisticated and complex litigation matters
• Admission to the Florida Bar (required)
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with all phases of commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work closely with partners and clients on strategic litigation matters
