Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting, requiring prior travel experience and a Florida PT license.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Outpatient rehabilitation center specializing in orthopedic, neurological, and balance disorders
- Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
- No on-call requirements
- Potential float to other outpatient rehab locations within 15-20 minutes as needed
- Uses Epic for electronic medical records
- Patient caseload may include a mix of ortho, neuro, and vestibular conditions
- Strict 50-mile radius rule applies for eligibility
- Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
- Travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff
- Orientation involves remote onboarding and in-person badge/ID pickup on a Friday
- Must be flexible and willing to float to sister campus locations if needed
- All schedule requests must be submitted prior to offer; changes are not allowed after submission
- Scrub or dress code requirements will be provided upon assignment
- First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Prior travel physical therapy experience is required
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable)
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
- Strong clinical skills to treat a diverse patient mix
