<p>Requirements - Litigation Attorney
<ul>
<li>Licensed by The Florida Bar, in good standing.</li>
<li>Court, hearings, and mediation experience.</li>
<li>Trial experience a plus.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing skills.</li>
<li>Client service abilities.</li>
<li>5+ years of Florida litigation experience.</li>
<li>The ability to delegate to paralegals.</li>
<li>Accurate and timely billing, time management, and attention to other administrative matters.</li>
