Summary
Cresa is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable, and professional Brokerage Coordinator to support its growing team. The role demands strong organizational skills, confidentiality and discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate all client or prospect focused materials; Examples are surveys and tour books, marketing campaigns, custom maps, printing and binding
- Verify rates and availability with Landlords or Landlord Brokers (via CoStar or other sources)
- Support Advisors in the RFP process: organizing responses, developing comparison matrices of alternatives, and providing basic financial analyses for multiple scenarios
- Provide administrative support to Managing Principals, Advisors and Project Managers
- Coordinate regional office marketing and social media presence, including website updates and email campaigns
- Meet deadlines and deliverables with accuracy and professionalism

Education/Experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Utilize multiple technology and productivity platforms including (CoStar, LoopNet, Salesforce, Financial Analysis Software, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
