We are looking for a motivated and experienced Director of Construction to lead our project teams and oversee all construction operations. The ideal candidate a director or Project Executive for a commercial construction company. the ideal candidate will be adept in managing complex construction projects, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving project success from inception to completion. This role demands strategic planning skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance and support to project managers, architects, and other construction professionals.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, including clients, management, and contractors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal regulations, risk management, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, bids, and contracts.
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
• Enhance operational procedures to improve overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a leadership role within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
