Essential Functions
- Establish and oversee the congruence among scope, schedule and cost.
- Prepare, deliver and present information to the clients as needed.
- Participate in meetings and interviews as required.
- Serve as a representative of the company at meetings, presentations, and public hearings/reviews related to client’s projects.
- Develop, review and obtain confirmation of financial and project delivery schedules.
- Develop, implement and exercise rigid controls to maintain up to date financial information of all projects under his/her responsibility.
- Perform duties and direct the work of those employees under his/her supervision in accordance with the company’s policies and to the satisfaction of the client’s requirements.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to Program Controls to ensure that the goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.
- Establish the work plan and procedures to ensure timely and accurate submittal of deliverables.
- Prepare, deliver and present information to the clients as needed.
Experience:
- A minimun of 10 years of experience in Programs Conrols and/or Project Management, Cost Management/Contract Management in an Engineering or Procurement enviroment preferred.
- Experience running large complex cross-functional projects is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance/accounting/engineering or equivalent
- Certification in Project Management
- Minimum of ten years of combined administrative/management work experience
