Overview
We are seeking to fill multiple roles in a Freezer Production facility. These roles involve working in a fast-paced environment focused on the production and packaging /labeling of frozen products The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and be comfortable working with assembly lines and hand or power tools. These positions offer an opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing operations within a dynamic team.
Days of shift will vary 5 days a week but the hours usually start at 8:00am and you work a lot of over time. This environment will be 34 degrees so be prepared to dress warm!

- Labor/Forklift Operator
- Quality Control
Duties
- Operate and monitor equipment on the assembly line to ensure efficient production of frozen goods
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move raw materials and finished products
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and stacking of products in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to comply with safety regulations
- Support inventory management through accurate documentation of materials used and finished goods produced
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred, especially within a warehouse or assembly line environment
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be trained on forklift operation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety protocols in a cold storage or freezer environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work comfortably in cold temperatures typical of freezer environments
