Compensation

Hourly Pay (Based on Experience):

• Entry Level: $29.56/hr

• 5–6 Years Experience: $35.47/hr

• 10+ Years Experience: Up to $40.65/hr

Incentives & Differentials

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Holiday Pay: Time and a half

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to support a high-volume acute care cardiovascular program in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This role works closely with electrophysiologists during complex diagnostic and interventional procedures and offers exposure to advanced cardiac technologies in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

This opportunity is ideal for both experienced EP Technologists and new graduates interested in structured onboarding, professional development, and long-term career growth within cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, procedure rooms, and specialized equipment for electrophysiology studies and interventions

• Operate EP lab equipment and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures

• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures and respond appropriately to clinical changes

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with established clinical protocols

• Maintain high standards of patient safety, quality assurance, and infection control

• Provide care for adult and geriatric patient populations

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary cardiac teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute-care EP Technologist experience

  • (New graduates will be considered)

• Associate Degree from an accredited program

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire

• One of the following credentials required:

  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with active Florida Radiologic Technologist registration
