Job Summary We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our law firm in Florida. In this role, you will performing legal research, draft legal documents, and assist in all aspects of a litigation practice. Responsibilities

<li>Prepare federal and state court motions, oppositions, replies, discovery and other legal documents</li>
<li>Conduct legal research</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate client records</li>
</ul>
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school</li>
<li>FL bar licensed</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients</li>
