Job DescriptionMental Health Therapist (Full-Time)
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to provide direct clinical services while supporting clinical training, program development, and compliance oversight. This role combines hands-on client care with leadership and mentorship across our growing clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical services including cognitive and memory training, psychotherapy, and functional skills support in senior communities (minimum 20 services/week)
• Onboard and train new clinical staff, including orientation, modeling sessions, and ongoing support
• Conduct compliance audits, documentation reviews, and 3-month/annual clinician evaluations
• Serve as site lead at assigned communities, maintaining strong relationships with staff, families, and care teams
• Coordinate clinical programs, group trainings, treatment curriculums, and team-building initiatives
• Support development of group therapy programs, family support groups, and community-based interventions

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with clinical experience
• Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
• Experience working with seniors and interdisciplinary teams preferred
