Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and revise retail lease agreements, amendments, consents, licenses, and other ancillary lease documents.

Collaborate with internal leasing and property management teams to align legal documents with business terms.

Manage deadlines, monitor deliverables, and communicate status updates across departments.

Conduct research on use restrictions, exclusives, OEAs/REAs, title, site plans, and other property-related issues.

Abstract and review retail leases to support real estate acquisitions and underwriting teams.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or commercial real estate setting.

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited school required.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
