We are looking for a powerhouse General Manager to lead our Lakeland location. Reporting directly to the upper management. This is not a "desk job." We are looking for a leader who thrives on the floor during peak hours and possesses the analytical mind to master our front and back-of-house operations and financials.
The Ideal Candidate
- A Financial Specialist: You don’t just "read" a P you understand how to manipulate variables to hit labor and COGS targets. You understand the chemistry of a successful shift—balancing labor costs with guest experience in real-time.
- Operational Disciplinarian: You believe in "touching every item" during inventory and hold your team to the highest standards of accountability.
- Night Owl/Weekend Warrior: Our business thrives when the sun goes down and on the weekends. You prefer being in the mix during these high-energy times.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Proven Experience: Professional management experience in high-volume, full-service dining or sports bar environments is mandatory.
- Financial Literacy: Deep understanding of prime cost management, inventory controls, and budget adherence.
- Schedule Flexibility: Full availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor, train, and hold people accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all corporate SOPs, including our mandatory tactile inventory and order-verification protocols.
- Maintain 100% product availability through rigorous par-based ordering.
- Drive sales through exceptional floor presence and local store marketing.
