Pharmacist- Licensed in the 21 states Hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET (Full Time)
- LICENSE NEEDED IN-Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Idaho, Iowa.
Pharmacist- Licensed in the 21 states Compensation
- The pay for this position is $70.00 an hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees

Pharmacist- Licensed in the 21 states Responsibilities
- Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge overseeing all clinical, operational, and regulatory functions of an oncology specialty pharmacy
- Conduct initial patient evaluations, review disease states, and assess prescribed oral and injectable oncology therapies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized pharmaceutical care plans
- Coordinate closely with oncologists and clinical teams to ensure safe, timely medication delivery
- Monitor therapeutic outcomes, adverse reactions, and recommend therapy modifications as needed
- Provide patient and caregiver counseling on medications, side effects, interactions, and adherence
- Prepare, verify, and dispense medications in accordance with professional and legal standards
- Perform quality assurance checks on all new and refill prescriptions
- Verify patient information, dosing accuracy, physician authorization, and insurance approvals
- Maintain accurate prescription, patient, inventory, and billing records
- Organize and direct technician workflow; verify preparation, labeling, order entry, and charges
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous medications and materials
- Uphold compliance with state and federal regulations and specialty pharmacy accreditation standards (NABP, URAC, ACHC, NCODA)
- Develop, implement, and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and operating standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and educate staff accordingly
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Implement performance improvement plans as needed
- Optimize pharmacy workflows to support quality, efficiency, and growth
- Participate in pharmacy education, in-service programs, and new drug education
- Support medication access initiatives for patients
- Ensure documentation meets organizational and accreditation requirements
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals
- Manage departmental resources and budgets as applicable
Pharmacist- Licensed in the 21 states Requirements
- Active Pharmacist license in all required states (21-state licensure required)
- Pharmacy manager / PIC experience required
- Specialty pharmacy experience (oncology preferred)
- Experience with regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations
- Experience with specialty pharmacy accreditations (NABP, URAC, ACHC, NCODA preferred)
