• Pay Rate: $33.56 per hour
• Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM EST

Job SummaryAs a Phlebotomist / Patient Services Representative, you’ll represent the trusted face of a leading diagnostic information services provider. This is a patient-facing role that combines technical skill in specimen collection with compassionate interaction, ensuring both clinical accuracy and excellent patient experience.Key Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Prepare specimens for clinical and forensic lab testing in compliance with guidelines.
• Educate and build trust with patients during the collection process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and verify demographics, labeling, and signatures.
• Safely manage specimen collection, handling, and transport per policy.
• Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support coverage at multiple Patient Service Center and In-Office Phlebotomy locations, often with minimal notice.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Phlebotomist
• Proven pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills
• Experience working independently with limited on-site supervision

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic laboratory settings
• Experience with EHR or laboratory software systems

Required Skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work at multiple sites and cover schedule gaps
• Must have reliable personal transportation (rideshare/bus not acceptable)
• Adherence to punctuality — excessive tardiness or absenteeism will result in termination
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-volume environments
• Commitment to strict compliance with all protocols and dress codes

• Knowledge of lab safety regulations
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
