Prime Nursing Care is a global Commercial Airline Medical Escort company that provides air and ground transportation services to patients worldwide.
We are seeking a qualified individual for an exciting and rewarding position as a Medical Equipment Coordinator in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We seek someone who can think critically and adapt quickly.
The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Starting Pay: $22/hr (with increase after training based on performance)
We provide comprehensive training. You'll succeed here if you’re adaptable, eager to learn, and can think on your feet.
Shifts –
Full-time: 9:00–5:00; able to cover weekends as needed
Part-time: varies

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Follow HIPAA guidelines
Prepare medical equipment for flights
Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
Perform monthly equipment checks
Update spreadsheets
Adhere to infection control policy
Requirements/Experience:
Associate’s degree
Preferred: Pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or nursing student
Written and spoken English at a professional level (Bilingual is a plus)
Hepatitis B vaccine
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite programs
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with minimal direction
Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
Attention to detail
