Fuel Systems & Turbine Component Manufacturing | Precision CNC | 15% Shift Differential

We’re adding a 3rd shift CNC Machinist to our team to help produce high‑precision components used in advanced valve systems worldwide.
This is a hands‑on role where your craftsmanship makes a direct impact on critical equipment powering energy systems across the globe.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC equipment for precision machining
- Perform milling and turning operations with steel and aluminum (and occasional plastics)
- Complete your own quality inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Produce high‑tolerance parts used in fuel systems, turbines, and valves
- Collaborate with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What You BringEssential Skills
- Experience in CNC setup and operation
- Proficiency with both milling and turning
- Ability to perform independent quality checks
Preferred Experience
- Saw operation or general material handling
- Overhead crane operation
- Knowledge in fabrication or machining support environments

Work Schedule & Environment
- Shift: 3rd shift — 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Must be available for in‑person interviews between 5:00–6:30 AM
- Modern CNC machining facility working primarily with steel, aluminum, and occasional plastics
- The team will be relocating to Delray within one year, so candidates should be comfortable with this transition

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
