Direct Hire and On-Site Position
Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the day to day operations of the Intake Team
• Fine tune the process with the IT Department and other software
• Supervise the team's work and progress
• Meet with the team on a regular basis
• Communicate often with others to discuss successes and improvements
• Schedule coverage accordingly
