Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning at our commercial property.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including filters, belts, lubricants and drain lines.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and perform minor repairs.
- Help facilitate the delivery and placement of any new units ordered.
- Rebuild pans and install new coils.
- Maintain accurate records of service with use of an iPad and/or computer.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment.
- Must be able to lift to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Must Pass a Drug and Background Check.
- Driver’s License NOT Required.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is Required.
