Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for building beautiful, high-quality homes? We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom residential projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and knows how to deliver excellence on every job site.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple custom home projects
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with building codes
- Deliver a seamless client experience from start to finish
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in custom homebuilding
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct)
- Subcontractors you can work with to complete the job
- A passion for craftsmanship and client satisfaction
