Superintendent – Residential & Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our team! In this role, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to secure competitive pricing and manage costs
• Ensure all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and adheres to project plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field
• Proficiency in construction management software, preferably Procore
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
