Overview
Property Manager and General Manager (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of a high-rise condominium community
- Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors and residents
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning
- Supervise onsite staff and third-party vendors
- Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and association governing documents
- Coordinate capital projects, maintenance, and life-safety systems
Requirements:
- Active Florida LCAM license (required)
- High-rise condominium management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience managing a hirise condo
- budgeting and financial statements preparation
