Because travel is required throughout the county, living within or near the area is essential to ensure timely visits and efficient service while enjoying the convenience of working close to home.

This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekends.


Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life
• Participate in weekly virtual meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers
• Participate in Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
• Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards
• Participate in provider on-call rotation
• ·Conduct telehealth visits as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not required
• The ideal candidate will have experience working for a mobile practice
• Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license
• DEA License
• Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred
