About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience working on residential or commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for building, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures according to project specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials
- Install framing, doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and flooring
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Build foundations, walls, decks, frames, and other structures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Repair or replace damaged structures and fixtures
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other tradespeople
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
- 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow measurements
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
