We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, assisting with minor repairs, and helping maintain a clean, organized shop environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and advance in the automotive repair industry.

Responsibilities
• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Mount, balance, and repair tires
• Assist with minor automotive repairs
• Complete digital inspections and receive work assignments on a tablet (training provided if needed)
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop and equipment
• Provide high-quality, detail-oriented service to every customer

Qualifications
• Experience with oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance
• General automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to use or learn tablet-based workflows and digital inspections
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to attend on- and off-site training to improve and advance mechanical skills
• Clean driver’s license and insured
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
