SolVita Wellness Spa is a luxury, award-winning wellness spa seeking a motivated, personable Esthetician to join our team in a hybrid role that blends front desk operations and hands-on skincare services. MUST work weekends and evenings.
This position will primarily support the front desk initially, with the opportunity to transition into providing esthetic services as the schedule, demand, and training progress. This is an ideal role for an esthetician who loves guest interaction, wants consistent hours, and values growth within a high-end spa environment.
This is a blended role that combines:

Front Desk & Guest Experience Management

Esthetic Services (as scheduling allows)
You will be the face of the spa—creating exceptional first impressions while preparing to step into treatment services.
Front Desk & Guest Experience (Primary Initially):

Greet guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone calls, texts, and booking systems

Check guests in and out efficiently

Promote services, packages, memberships, and retail

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the spa

Support daily spa operations and team communication
Esthetic Services (As Scheduled):

Perform facials and skincare services according to spa protocols

Educate guests on skincare routines and product recommendations

Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards

Deliver a luxury, results-driven experience aligned with SolVita’s brand
Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License (required)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable with sales, booking, and retail recommendations

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced spa environment

Availability for evenings and weekends is required

Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
Schedule & Compensation

Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week

Hourly pay + retail commission
