About the Role
KAST, a top-rated General Contractor, is hiring a Lead Superintendent to own field operations on large, complex builds ($100M+). You’ll drive schedule, quality, and safety while leading subs and site teams to deliver elite outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day field ops to hit spec / schedule / budget targets
Manage inspections & permitting with local jurisdictions
Run site meetings with owners/architects/engineers/trades; keep actions tight
Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards; issue non-compliance notices when needed
Mentor A-Supers/foremen; build capacity and culture
Proactively de-risk delays/conflicts; remove blockers fast

What You Bring

10+ years as a Superintendent with a GC
Track record on $100M+ multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
Strong subcontractor/trade partner management and communication skills
Practical knowledge of equipment safety/maintenance cues
Proficiency with Microsoft tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam or similar)
