Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of body repair, including structural, frame, and panel replacement. You will work with our production team to deliver top-quality repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complete auto body repairs, including frame alignment, dent repair, welding, and part replacement
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinishing
• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine repair needs
• Work with estimators and painters to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all repairs
• Meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in auto body collision repair (ICAR or ASE certification preferred)
• Proficient in MIG welding, panel replacement, and body filler application
• Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques
• Ability to read repair estimates and follow work orders
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
