Compensation & Structure
$62$72/hour, 1099 (based on experience and autonomy)
Part-time to start (2030 hours/week) with opportunity to grow
Paid worked hours (not billable-only)

Role Design
Caseloads primarily consist of 2530-hour/week clients
Supervision averages 57% of authorized hours
Parent training is a required, scheduled clinical responsibility
Strong administrative and scheduling support
Clear expectations that protect clinical quality and clinician longevity
This is a community-based role and is not clinic-based.
Responsibilities
Oversee ABA treatment programs in community settings
Supervise and coach RBTs with consistency and clarity
Lead parent training to support skill generalization
Collaborate with schools and related providers as needed
Maintain timely, ethical documentation aligned with payer standards
Operate within clearly defined clinical and operational expectations
