We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leasing Assistant to join our team in Miami. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting leasing and property management operations while ensuring an exceptional experience for residents and prospective tenants. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and qualify leads for apartment leasing.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and perform timely follow-ups to maximize leasing opportunities.
  • Process rental applications, including credit and background checks, in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing standards.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, coordinate lease signings, and ensure apartments are move-in ready.
  • Provide responsive on-site customer service and assist residents with inquiries or concerns.
  • Support lease renewals by sending renewal notices, preparing documents, and following up with residents.
  • Monitor and report property rule violations, damages, thefts, or incidents to management.
  • Stay informed on property details, sister properties, and competitors to provide accurate information to prospects and residents.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies (e.g., fire alarms, unauthorized access) and notify authorities as needed.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency.



  • 2+ year of leasing experience required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
