Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Glaziers (All Levels) & Lead Glaziers/Superintendents
Key Responsibilities:

Cut, fit, install, and remove glass and metal at commercial locations.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety and quality control regulations.

Use hand and power tools for precise glass cutting and installation.
-
Work on scaffolding, ladders, and aerial lifts as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and levels.
-
Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, and coatings for secure glass installation.

Cover surfaces with masking tape or drop cloths to protect surrounding areas.

Determine material and tool requirements for each project.

Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.

Install locks, hinges, and related finish hardware.
-
Install or replace glass in windows and other structural surfaces.

Install prefabricated curtain wall and storefront systems.

For Lead Glaziers & Superintendents, additional responsibilities include:

Leading and supervising teams on commercial glazing projects.
-
Managing materials, scheduling, and coordination of projects.
-
Working closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
-
Training and mentoring junior glaziers to enhance team performance.
Who We Are Looking For:
OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
Ability to comply with company safety, quality control, and attendance regulations.
Swing stage, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift training required (training available).
Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
Ability to read a tape measure and level accurately.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to layout and start projects with minimal guidance.
Previous experience in storefront systems, curtain walls, and hardware installation is a plus.
Leadership experience required for Lead Glazier & Superintendent roles.
Compensation:

Glaziers: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour

Lead Glaziers & Superintendents: $22.50 – $30.00 per hour
