What Youll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and coach your team to deliver top-tier service and performance.
- Drive Sales: Use your sales expertise to boost ticket averages, upsell services, and grow the customer base.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
- Run the Shop: Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep things running smoothly. Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Proven sales success in automotive or related fieldsthis is a must.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed goals.
- 23 years of experience in automotive service management preferred.
- Familiarity with shop management software (like Tekmetric) and basic office tools.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
