Your Impact

• Translate specs and drawings into accurate folding machine setups.
• Run production confidently, keeping an eye on consistency and output quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Verify parts meet exact tolerances; adjust programs or setups as needed.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Record production data, counts, and machine performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework in machine operation is a plus.
• Background as a folding machine operator or in similar metal-forming roles preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong math skills—capable of understanding roof pitches and calculating precise bend angles.
• Mechanical aptitude with a knack for troubleshooting.
