Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at maintaining and fabricating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks on club facilities, including buildings, and equipment, ensuring the upkeep of the property to high standards while maintaining a pristine aesthetic for members.
Duties /Responsibilities
- Accelerated understanding of plumbing and electrical
- Experience with drywall and plaster repairs
- Experience with basic carpentry work
- Understanding of Air Conditioning systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Must have 7+ years as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician and/or construction work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC including the structural,
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
- Great communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work Outside
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Certifications:
- Certifications/license is a plus but not required
- Welding Experience is a plus but not required
- Mechanical and small equipment repair is a plus
