Job DescriptionFront Desk Specialist – Luxury Condominium Community

Naples, FL | Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, onsite, day shifts, weekend shifts

About the Role

As a Front Desk Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers. This role combines hospitality and administrative support to create a welcoming, professional, and secure environment. You’ll coordinate guest access, package deliveries, concierge services, and assist with daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional approach
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information on community amenities and policies
  • Manage guest check-ins, amenity reservations, and concierge services
  • Verify and monitor vendor/contractor entry in compliance with access policies
  • Notify residents of deliveries, visitors, and appointments
  • Support management with resident communications, event postings, and service requests
  • Assist with mail, deliveries, and package distribution
  • Provide concierge-level services (e.g., scheduling vendors, event coordination, resident support)
  • Maintain accurate records and incident reports
  • Uphold safety, confidentiality, and community rules

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or hospitality training preferred)
  • 2+ years of customer service, concierge, or front desk experience (hospitality/resort setting a plus)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BuildingLink experience a plus
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent service
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of condo/HOA operations a plus
