Now Hiring: Foodservice Equipment (Hot Side) Technician

Location: Northwest Florida & South Alabama

Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is looking for an experienced Foodservice Equipment Technician specializing in hot side equipment. Join a growing team that supports restaurants, hospitality, and foodservice operations throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, ranges, and more)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Provide high-quality customer service
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and office staff

Qualifications:

• Experience working on hot side commercial foodservice equipment
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• CFESA certification is a plus but not required
