We are looking to fill a Maintenance&nbsp;Position. We are looking for someone to who is self driven and works well unsupervised. Drywall knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities:

<li>Walk the grounds and pick up trash</li>
<li>Preform maintenance duties as they arise&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work directly with the Board of Directors and Management company</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in &nbsp;maintenance, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
