Specializing in laminate and Corian solid surface countertops, we deliver custom solutions with expert craftsmanship and outstanding service.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable and motivated Installation Helper to support our skilled installation team in delivering top-tier results across the region.

What You’ll Do

• Assist lead installers with the delivery and installation of countertops (laminate and Corian).

• Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.

• Safely load, transport, and handle countertop materials to prevent damage.

• Help with measuring, cutting, and fitting countertops under supervision.

• Follow installation instructions, blueprints, and all safety procedures.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe—before, during, and after installation.

• Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with clients on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or installation experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!

• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow detailed instructions.

• Physically fit and comfortable lifting/carrying heavy materials.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Team player with attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

• Valid driver’s license and clean background check (we work with national vendors).

Paid Time Off & Benefits

• PTO Policy:

  • 1 week + 3 sick days after 12 months

  • 2 weeks + 3 sick days after 24 months

  • 3 weeks + 3 sick days after 60 months
